Most items are shipped within 48 hours.
If it is a pre-order item, our customer service will contact you.
Neither "Rosvibe" nor our logo will appear anywhere on the outside of the package.The only things on the package are the shipping labelsand other logistics stickers.
1. Shipping from warehouse in California or New Jersey depending on inventory and shipping address. The logistics company will be USPS or UPS (cannot be specified).
2. The UK and German warehouses primarily serve local customers (some of the products).
3. The China warehouse is primarily used for emergency out-of-stock shipments.
After receiving your order, the product in your order will be shipped within 24h-48h, except for weekends, holidays and special circumstances such as out of stock.
Normally, after we ship the package, you will receive it about 6-50 days later.
1. If you want to cancel the order, please contact the customer service in time (at least within 24h). Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled (except for refusing the package).
2. You have the right to return an unopened product in its original packaging within 90 days for any reason. (Return shipping costs are at your expense)

There are no markings on the back or side of your shipment. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a courier sticker depending on the service used.
