rosvibe wants you to be completely satisfied with your new item and offers a 14-day return or exchange policy on most items. Please note that sales and discounted items can only be exchanged and are not eligible for return.

 

Returns & Exchanges Process:

  • We will provide our return address.
  • Please attach the order number. your email and return or exchange reasons on the return note. and ship it with your items together back to our warehouse.
  • We will process refund or exchange in 1-7 workdays after we confirmed receivingyour parcel.

PS:  Please do not privately return the address on the package. contact us first before you return the parcel in case of unnecessary trouble.

3) If your package's tracking number shows that it has been delivered, but you have not actually received the package, you will need to contact the shipping company yourself. Please note that a missing package must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery (as indicated by the tracking number). After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible. It is assumed that the customer has provided a secure location for packages to be left.

(3) About International Shipping

1) If you purchase a product that cannot be shipped internationally and it is also out of stock in the local warehouse, we will contact you to replace the item.

2) Rosvibe is not responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by your country including but not limited to customs fees/tariffs. But normally there will be no extra fees charged, if you meet the similar situation, you can confirm with us first.
